We were delighted to host the anual judges thank you lunch for the Hampshire Food and Drink Awards on Tuesday 25th February.
Guests and VIP's attending were welcomed with a Champagne reception before our Head Chef Jim Wright provided a delicious lunch starting with Potted Brown Shrimp with cucumber salad & toasted Foccacia, followed by Roasted Saddle of Lamb, purple sprouting brocoli, beetroot mash & roasted parsnips for the main course and a delicious dessert of Chocolate Tear filled with passionfruit mouse, passionfruit jelly & coconut ice-cream.

Candlelight was the order of the day - for all the wrong reasons!
Valentines weekend was looking to be a complete sell out at the Balmer Lawn Hotel with the hotel fully booked with guests ready to indulge in our special celebration menu and the extra treats in store for our romantic visitors.

January 31st 2014 saw the second annual Cancer Research fundraising event at the Balmer Lawn Hotel which this year raised an amazing total of £1635 for the charity.
Guests at the event were treated to a fantastic evening of fun and entertainment as you can see from the photos! If you look carefully you might even recognise some of the Balmer Lawn Team who organised and attended the event.
