We are delighted to introduce our new Restaurant Manager Mr Randy Gomez. An industry professional, Randy has worked at many local hotels, he is delighted to be given the responsibility to run Beresfords Restaurant as his own business.
Working alongside our Head Chef Jim Wright the total focus is on quality food and great service. With some local businesses producing more “style over substance” we are confident that our food and service will deliver client expectations. Come and judge for yourself. Rather than listen to the critics be your own critic!!
We have just redecorated the restaurant it is now much brighter with many new features the dining room has a more modern and contemporary feel.
New developments for 2014 include new flooring and an "open kitchen", our new General Manager Mr. Holm Wick commented "we are all very excited by the plans for Beresfords, the new decor looks great but the new severy, open kitchen and new flooring will completely transform the look and feel of the dining room".
