Seared Scottish Scallops with Breaded Romsey Pork Belly and Black Pudding, Apple and Vanilla Sauce

Roasted Shallot Tart topped with Blue Cheese Mousse, Roasted Walnutss and Poached Pear Salad  (this would turn me vegetarian, absolutely delicious!!)

Trio of Pork (Confit Belly, Roasted Loin and Black Pudding Beignet, Apple Sauce, Creamed Potato and Braised Savoy Cabbage
