The Hotel has excellent sporting facilities including a squash court and an all weather tennis court. Rackets can be loaned from Reception.
Table tennis is available in the squash court and croquet can be played on the Hotel's lawns.
In addition to the excellent facilities offered at the Hotel there are numerous other activities close to hand.
Squash club
The Balmer Lawn Squash Club hosts clubs nights for adults and juniors, as well as regular racketball sessions. For information on joining the club please contact Rita Sinclair.

Horse Riding
Several stables are located in and around Brockenhurst, pre-booking is advisable but there is no better way to see the "real" forest.
On the Water
Lymington is a thriving Marina town with many sailing and motorboat charter operators. Why not take thrilling ride in a rib to the Isle of Wight?
Golf
There are many excellent golf courses close by. Pre booking is essential; a current handicap certificate will also be required. There are good public access courses at Paulton, Dibden and Lyndhurst

Depending on availability and season we are able to assist with booking these activities, please enquire with our sales office staff.
Climbing and Skiing
The activity centre at Calshot has superb facilities for climbing, archery and also benefits from an indoor ski slope
