Following a multi-million pound redevelopment of all meeting rooms and bedrooms, the 4 star Balmer Lawn Hotel is a popular Hampshire Conference Venue used for all types of corporate events from confidential meetings to high profile corporate launches.

With 6 vastly different meeting rooms, hotel gardens and our unique outdoor Sylvan Pavillion, there are many options available to host your event.

The Beaulieu Suite comprises of a suite of three rooms, Beaulieu, Hamble and Avon, and can be accessed from either the main entrance of the hotel or it’s own private entrance.  It has the benefit of three garden patio areas and its own toilet facilities.  All rooms are air-conditioned, have natural daylight and  Wi-Fi access throughout.

Beaulieu Room

This is the largest of the Hotel’s conference and function suites catering for up to 150 delegates, the Beaulieu Room has good natural daylight, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access and sound system. Audiovisual equipment and full business support facilities are available. French doors open onto a private terrace and the suite can also be entered via the Conference Centre entrance or through the main hotel. The Beaulieu Room can accommodate the following:

Avon Room

Savernake room

Overlooking the Balmer Lawn’s main gardens, with separate breakout area, the Savernake has floor to ceiling windows providing excellent natural daylight and can cater for up to 60 delegates. The Savernake offers air conditioning and Wi-Fi access. French doors open onto a large, newly decked area providing a private terrace and garden. The room also benefits from data points allowing ADSL/ Broadband access.
