We are looking for skilled Commis Chefs, Chef De Parties and a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. Under the guidance of Executive Head Chef, Chris Wheeldon, this is a superb opportunity to work with the finest chefs, best quality seasonal and local ingredients and fantastic forward thinking food offering in the New Forest. We are also looking for receptionists to join our team under the guidance of our Front of House Manager, Andrew Foote. You will have superb standards of customer service and experience in a similar environment. The successful candidate must be well presented, used to multi-tasking and offer a professional and efficient service to our customers. Familiarity with reception systems such as Reszlynx would be a distinct advantage. Our Food & Beverage team is also looking to expand under the newly appointed Restaurant Manager, Fernando Teixeira. (Chefs) Capable of holding or running a specific area of the kitchen if at Chef de Partie-Junior Sous level and be able to work in every area of the kitchen to support that section when needed during busy times or to cover shifts.
You must be enthusiastic and willing to learn- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential for skilled chefs- Commis chefs will receive on the job training and personal development.
You will be expected to support a working environment which promotes a positive attitude, high levels of productivity, a great work life balance, pride and good morals whilst ensuring high standards of quality control, handling and storage of commodities to current legislation across all departments.
Weekend and Bank Holiday work will be required as these are our busiest times but regular straight shifts and some weekends off will be available.
