Whether that’s by dedicating ourselves to day-to-day eco-friendly practises, conserving energy or regular litter picking, it’s important to us that we maintain the natural beauty that the New Forest holds so close to its heart.
We’re also passionate about growing our very own herbs to use in our lovingly made dishes, and ensuring that we source our ingredients from quality suppliers.

The New Forest has long been recognised as a beautiful place, rich in history and wildlife habitats, and an oasis of calm in a busy world. Its designation as a National Park gives it the highest level of landscape protection.
