We don't sell "Packages" within our framework your wedding is a totally bespoke day designed by you with our assistance and expertise to guide and assist. 

Our dedicated Wedding Coordinator Katie McIntyre will be on hand to help you plan every aspect of your day from bouquet to banquet. Nothing will be left to chance, nothing will be too much trouble to ensure that you have the wedding of your dreams.

Working closely with Jonathan Hopwood, our Functions Manager, he and his team of dedicated professionals will ensure that your rooms are prepared to the highest of standards, every glass, every piece of cutlery is hand polished and inspected personally, tables and chairs laid out with the precision that makes us one of the best venues in Hampshire - don't take our word for it we would invite you to read the many letters of thanks from our wedding couples, Katie will happily share these with you.Whether your wedding is small and intimate, or a large family and all the friends gathering, formal or informal we have the experience, expertise and facilities you require.

No one can compete with the emotion of the day but the food should certainly complement the day and deliver the highest of standards. Our Head Chef, Jim Wright, and his brigade have the skills, and the latest banqueting technology, to ensure that we can produce and deliver a hot, fresh, delicious Wedding Breakfast that will delight you and your guests.

We can cater for a wide range of gatherings with two wedding suites, The Savernake catering up to 60 guests, and the Beaulieu and Hamble rooms catering up to 110 guests for your Wedding Breakfast and up to 200 guests for your evening function.

The Balmer Lawn is licensed for civil ceremonies and civil partnerships. Special discounts may be available for out of season and Sunday weddings.

For larger weddings why not take over the whole Hotel for a truly unforgettable experience, just imagine, having everyone staying at the Hotel being a relative or friend, we have done 4 such weddings and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing - Please book at least a year in advance to ensure availablity of all the bedrooms.
