Day Delegate

From £52 per person

Designed for productive days away from the office, our Day Delegate package provides everything required for a seamless and focused meeting in relaxed surroundings.

Beyond the Meeting Room

Designed to feel both productive and restorative, our light-filled meeting spaces open onto private terraces, while residential guests enjoy access to indoor and outdoor heated pools. For those wishing to unwind further, The New Forest Spa & Wellness Centre features a sauna, steam room, ice room and monsoon showers, available to conference guests at an additional charge. Private dining experiences and relaxed evenings at The Lodge Kitchen & Bar provide the perfect setting to continue conversations long after the meeting ends.

Spaces

    Savernake Room

    Overlooking the Balmer Lawn’s main gardens, with separate breakout area, the Savernake has floor to ceiling windows providing excellent natural daylight and can cater for up to 60 delegates. The Savernake offers air conditioning and Wi-Fi access. French doors open onto a large, newly decked area providing a private terrace and garden. The room also benefits from data points allowing ADSL/ Broadband access.

    Club Room

    Offering private bar facilities and direct access to the Balmer Lawn’s main terrace, the Club has a pleasant ambience suitable for the smaller meeting and can cater for up to 20 delegates. The Club Room has good natural daylight, air conditioning and Wi-Fi access.

    Hamble Room

    The meeting room offers private bar facilities, private terrace and can cater for up to 80 delegates. The Hamble Room has good natural daylight, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access. French doors open onto a private terrace.

    Beaulieu Room

    This is the largest of the Hotel’s conference and function suites catering for up to 150 delegates, the Beaulieu Room has good natural daylight, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access and sound system. Audiovisual equipment and full business support facilities are available. French doors open onto a private terrace and the suite can also be entered via the Conference Centre entrance or through the main hotel.

    Avon Room

    It adjoins the Beaulieu Room and the Hamble Room and will seat up to 40 delegates and benefits from its own garden terrace. The Avon Room has good natural daylight, air conditioning, Wi-Fi access and sound system.

Our in-house cocktail making experiences are a particular highlight, offering an engaging and sociable way to bring colleagues together. Beyond the bar, activities such as archery, sailing, and traditional sheep or duck herding provide memorable challenges designed to energise, connect and motivate, with options to suit every group.

Experiences can be thoughtfully incorporated into your event, creating a balanced and memorable programme both inside and beyond the meeting room.
